CULLINAN COMMUNITIES
Cullinan Communities are voluntary, employee-led groups that bring people together through shared identities, backgrounds, and causes. These communities, open to all Cullinan employees, provide a space for employees to connect, learn from one another, and contribute to a culture of respect and collaboration. With formal support from the organization, Cullinan Communities play a vital role in fostering belonging and aim to ensure that every voice is heard. In partnership with the Culture Committee, they help drive meaningful conversations and initiatives that enhance the employee experience and create a workplace where everyone can thrive.
We-GEM is Cullinan’s Women Empowered for Growth, Equity, and Mission Community. We-GEM’s mission is to empower women at Cullinan, at all levels, to encourage, enable, and facilitate their development to their fullest potential and equip them to excel as leaders within our organization, as well as to serve as examples of gender equity and empowerment across the life sciences industry.
