Cullinan Communities are voluntary, employee-led groups that bring people together through shared identities, backgrounds, and causes. These communities, open to all Cullinan employees, provide a space for employees to connect, learn from one another, and contribute to a culture of respect and collaboration. With formal support from the organization, Cullinan Communities play a vital role in fostering belonging and aim to ensure that every voice is heard. We-GEM is Cullinan’s Women Empowered for Growth, Equity, and Mission Community.
